Launch of Group 2021 SAYE Scheme
Grant of 2021 SAYE Options
Marlowe plc ("Marlowe" or the "Group"), the specialist services group focused on developing companies which assure safety and regulatory compliance, announces that as part of the Group's HMRC approved 2021 Save As You Earn scheme (the "2021 SAYE Scheme") a total of 426,508 options to subscribe for ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the capital of the Group ("2021 SAYE Options") have today been granted to employees of the Group.
Under the 2021 SAYE scheme, which was made available to all Marlowe employees, a total of 631 employees of the Group, have applied to participate in the 2021 SAYE Scheme. The 2021 SAYE Options have an exercise price, calculated in accordance with the rules of the SAYE Scheme, of 725 pence per 2021 SAYE Option. Subject to the rules of the 2021 SAYE Scheme, participants will be able to exercise their 2021 SAYE Options within six-months commencing from 1 October 2024.
There are 658,204 options active from the 2020 SAYE scheme. As a result of the above grant of 2021 SAYE Options, the Group now has a total of 1,084,712 options over ordinary shares outstanding, representing approximately 1.41 per cent. of the Group issued ordinary share capital.
