Acquisition of The Philton Group Limited

Marlowe plc ("Marlowe" or the "Company"), the support services group focused on acquiring and developing companies that provide critical asset maintenance services, announces that it has acquired The Philton Group ("Philton"), a provider of fire protection services based in Watford, Hertfordshire.

Philton provides a portfolio of fire protection services, including the installation, service and maintenance of fire detection and fire suppression systems.

Philton is being purchased for a total enterprise value of £0.2 million. For the 12 months ended 30 April 2016, Philton generated revenues of £1.2 million and profit before tax of £0.1 million.
