Merger with Marlowe Plc

Marlowe Plc advises that, further to the announcement made on 31 March 2016 at 9.15am, the Registrar of Companies in Belize has confirmed that the Merger with Marlowe Holdings Limited is now effective.

Accordingly, trading in Marlowe Plc will be restored as of 7.30am today, and trading in the Company's shares on AIM will commence from 8.00am.

On commencement of trading, the Acquisition of Fire & Security (Group) Limited ("Swift") will complete.
