Merger with Marlowe plc

Marlowe Plc advises that further to the announcement made on 30 March 2016 at 5.52pm, the Company has been required to provide further documentation to the Registrar of Companies in Belize to fully effect its Merger with Marlowe Holdings Limited.

Accordingly, finalisation of the Merger with MHL and the Acquisition of Swift have been temporarily delayed until the further documentation is received.  In addition, trading in the shares of Marlowe plc will not commence until the matter has been resolved. Trading in Marlowe Holdings Limited was cancelled at 7am today.

The Company expects the final documentation to be approved today and trading in the shares to be restored as of 8am on 1 April 2016.
