Restoration of Trading

Further to the Company's announcement released today at 7.00am regarding the proposed acquisition of Fire & Security (Group) Limited ("Swift"), proposed merger with Marlowe plc, proposed cancellation to trading on AIM of the Company and proposed admission to trading on AIM of Marlowe plc (the "Transaction"), the Company announces that an Admission Document has been published in connection with Marlowe plc, which is available to view on the Company's website at www.marloweplc.com and is today being sent to shareholders of Marlowe Holdings.

Accordingly, trading in the Company's shares on AIM will resume from 11.30am today.
