Marlowe plc ("Marlowe", the "Group" or the "Company"), the leader in business-critical services, announces that on 2 January 2025 Robert Flinn, Chief Executive Officer of Marlowe's Fire Division, and his spouse purchased an aggregate of 15,527 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 319.94 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchases, Robert Flinn is now beneficially interested in 88,082 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.11 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, of which 23,319 Ordinary Shares are held by his wife.
