Marlowe plc ("Marlowe" or the "Group), the leader in business-critical services which assure regulatory compliance, announced that it was notified on 27 September 2024 that Peter Gaze, a non-executive director of Marlowe, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on that same day at an average price of 307.5 per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Peter Gaze is now beneficially interested in 630,925 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.72 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
