Marlowe plc ("Marlowe" or the "Group"), the specialist services group focused on developing companies which assure safety and regulatory compliance, notifies that, on 6 April 2020, in order to effect an ISA transfer, Alex Dacre (Chief Executive of the Group) sold and repurchased 4,000 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the capital of the Group ("Ordinary Shares").
There is no change to Mr Dacre's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares as a result of this transaction. Mr Dacre holds a beneficial interest in a total of 3,521,334 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.7 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
