Director/PDMR Shareholding
Marlowe plc ("Marlowe" or the "Group"), the specialist services group focused on developing companies which assure safety and regulatory compliance, notifies that, on 11 March 2020, in order to effect a transfer between legal holdings, Alex Dacre (Chief Executive of the Group) sold 2,612,613 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the capital of the Group ("Ordinary Shares") to Dacre Holdings Limited, a company wholly owned and controlled by Mr Dacre, at a price of 444 pence per Ordinary Share.
There is no change to Mr Dacre's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares as a result of this transaction. Mr Dacre holds a beneficial interest in a total of 3,521,334 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.7 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
