Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Group notifies that, on 24 December 2019, Alex Dacre, Chief Executive of the Group, acquired 4,000 Ordinary Shares of 50 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for an average price of 494 pence per share.
Following the above purchase, Mr Dacre holds a beneficial interest in 3,525,334 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.7 per cent. of the Group's issued share capital.
