Further re Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Marlowe plc ("Marlowe" or the "Group"), the UK leader in business-critical services and software which assure safety and regulatory compliance, is pleased to confirm, further to the Group's announcement of 26 February 2021, that Adam Councell will be appointed to the Board as Chief Financial Officer of the Group with immediate effect. Following an orderly handover of responsibilities Mark Adams will step down as a director of the Group.
