Proposed Additional Authority to Purchase Ordinary Shares

Notice of General Meeting

Marlowe plc ("Marlowe", the "Group" or the "Company"), the leader in business-critical services, announces that in order to conclude the initial £75 million share buyback programme first announced by the Company on 22 May 2024 (the "Programme") and to provide additional flexibility in future capital allocation beyond the Programme, the Company has today published a circular convening a general meeting of the Group to be held at 2 0 Grosvenor Place, London SW1X 7HN at 10.00 a.m. on 20 February 2025 (the "General Meeting").

A single special resolution to provide additional authority to make market purchases of the Company's own ordinary shares will be put before shareholders at the General Meeting.
