- ज्या सदस्यांची नावे सदस्यांच्या नोंदणीमध्ये / लाभार्थी मालकांच्या नोंदणीमध्ये कट–ऑफ तारखेनुसार दिसतात त्यांनाच रिमोट ई-व्होटिंग सुविधेचा लाभ घेता येईल. कट-ऑफ तारखेला सदस्य नसलेल्या व्यक्तीने ही सूचना केवळ माहितीच्या उद्देशाने हाताळली पाहिजे
- वैधानिक तरतदींचे पालन करून, कंपनीने २६ एप्रिल, २०२३ रोजी ज्या भागधारकांचे ई-मेल आयडी कंपनी/ डिपॉझिटरीजमध्ये आणि ज्यांची नावे सदस्यांच्या नोंदवहीत/ लाभार्थी मालकांच्या नोंदवहीमध्ये कट-ऑफ तारखेनूसार नोंदणीकृत आहेत, त्यांना फक्त ई–मेलद्वारे पोस्टल बॅलेट नोटीस पाठवण्याचे काम पूर्ण केले आहे. पुढे, या पोस्टल मतपत्रिकेसाठी स्पष्टीकरणात्मक विधान आणि पोस्टल मतपत्रिका फॉर्मसह सूचनेची प्रत्यक्ष प्रत सदस्यांन पाठवली गेली नाही. त्यामुळे, सदस्यांना त्यांची संमती/असहमती दूरस्थ ई-मतदान प्रणालीद्वारेच कळवणे आवश्यक आहे.
- रिमोट ई–मतदान कालावधी शनिवार, २९ एप्रिल, २०२३ रोजी सकाळी ०९:०० वाजता (भाप्रवे) सुरू होईल आणि रविवार, २८ मे, २०२३ रोजी संध्याकाळी ५:०० वाजता (भाप्रवे) समाप्त होईल. त्यानंतर सीडीएसएल द्वारे रिमोट ए-व्होटिंग मॉड्यूल अक्षम केले जाईल. या तारखेच्या पुढे आलेले कोणतेही मत वैध ठरणार नाही आणि या तारखेच्या पुढे मतदान करता येणार नाही.
