The Shareholders may note that the Board of Directors, at its Meeting held on May 7, 2021, has recommended a Final Dividend of 80% (Eighty per cent) [i.e., @ Rs.8.00/- (Rupee Eight Only) per Equity Share of Face Value of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only)] for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the 30" AGM.

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday. August 6, 2021 to Monday. August 9 2021 (both days inclusive) for annual closing and determining the entitlement of the Shareholders to the Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2020-21. Tax on Dividend, if declared at the 30th AGM:

Pursuant to Finance Act 2020, dividend income will be taxable in the hands of Shareholders w.e.f. April 1, 2020 and the Company is required to deduct tax at source (TDS) from dividend paid to Shareholders at the prescribed rates. For the prescribed rates for various categories, the Shareholders are requested to refer to the Finance Act. 2020 (as amended). The Shareholders are requested to update their valid PAN with KFintech (in case of shares held in physical mode) and depositories (in case of shares held in demat mode).

A Resident individual Shareholder with PAN and who is not liable to pay Income Tax can submit a vearly declaration in Form No. 15G/15H, to avail the benefit of non-deduction of tax at source. Shareholders are requested to note that in case their valid PAN is not registered or if they are specified person (non-filers) as per Section 206AB of the Income Tax Act, 1961, the tax will be deducted at the rate of 20% (Twenty pe cent) as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act and/or Rules framed thereunder.

Non-resident Shareholders can avail beneficial rates under tax treaty between India and their country of residence, subject to providing necessary documents, i.e., No Permanent Establishment and Beneficial Ownership Declaration, Tax Residency Certificate, Form 10F, any other document which may be required to avail the tax treaty benefits source.

Shareholder may note that the web-link for submission of forms shall be provided in the Notice of 30th AGM and through a separate email communication. The aforesaid declarations and documents are required to be submitted by the Shareholders on or before Tuesday, August 3, 2021 by 11.59 p.m. (IST) to KFintech. No communication on the tax determination / deduction received post August 3, 2021 shall be considered for payment of Final Dividend. No claim shall lie against the Company for such taxes deducted.

आमदार निलंबनाच्या निषेधार्थ आघाडी सरकारच्या प्रतीकात्मक पुतळ्याचे दहन

नाशिक, दि. ६ (प्रतिनिधी) : कोरोनाच्या दसऱ्या लाटेत जादा बिले आकारणीबाबत संशय असलेल्या ५१ पैकी १४ रुग्णालयांनी दीड हजार रुग्णांकडून जवळपास ९ लाख, २२ हजार रुपये अतिरिक्त बिल आकारणी केल्याची बाब महापालिकेच्या लेखापरीक्षण विभागाच्या पडताळणीत पुढे आली असून वारंवार नोटीस बजावल्यानंतरही बिले सादर न करणाऱ्या दोन रुग्णालयांना आता सात दिवसांत बिले सादर करा अन्यथा कारवाईला सामोरे जावे, अशी नोटीस बजावण्यात आली आहे.

कोरोना रुग्णांवर उपचारासाठी राज्य शासनाने खासगी रुग्णालयातील ८० टक्के बेड राखीव ठेवून येथे सवलतीच्या दरात उपचारासाठी शासकीय दरपत्रक जाहीर केले होते. मात्र, कोरोनाच्या दसऱ्या लाटेत अनेक रुग्णालयांनी शासन नियम धाब्यावर बसून रुग्णांकडून अतिरिक्त बिले असल्याच्या तक्रारी येत आहेत.

काही रुग्णालयांनी ८० टक्के बेडवरील रुग्णसंख्या कमी दर्शवून जादा दराने बिलाची वसली केल्याच्या तक्रारी असल्यामुळे महापालिकेने दोन बड्या कॉर्पोरेट रुग्णालयांसह तब्बल ५३ खासगी रुग्णालयांना नोटिसा बजावल्या होत्या. कोरोना काळात रुग्णांकडुन अतिरिक्त बिले घेऊन रुग्णालयांनी चुकीचे काम केल्याची प्रतिक्रिया उमटत असून या रुग्णालयांवर कडक कारवाईची मागणी होत आहे.

५१ रुग्णालयांनी दिली एकूण बिलांची माहिती

मार्च ते मे या महिन्यात रुग्णालयात उपचारासाठी दाखल झालेल्या ८० टक्के व २० टक्के बेडरवरील सर्व रुग्णांची देयके, दिवसानिहाय ॲडमिशन व 'डिस्चार्ज'ची यादी मागवली होती. त्यापैकी ५१ खासगी रुग्णालयांनी आपली माहिती सादर केली असून त्यात १४ रुग्णालयांमधील दीड हजार रुग्णांच्या बिलांचे आर्थिक ऑडिट केल्यानतर ९ लाख, २२ हजार रुपये अतिरिक्त घेतल्याचे समोर आले आहे. त्यामूळे सदरची रक्कम रुग्णांना परत करण्याचे आदेश देण्यात आले आहे. उर्वरित ३७ रुग्णालयांच्या बिलांची तपासणी सूरू आहे.

जाहार नाशिक, दि. ६ (प्रतिनिधी) : भाजपच्या १२ आमदारांच्या निलंबनाच्या निषेधार्थ नाशिक भाजप युवा मोर्चाच्यावतीने पंचवटी कारंजा येथे आंदोलन करण्यात येऊन आघाडी सरकारच्या प्रतीकात्मक पूतळ्याचे दहन करण्यात आले. यावेळी कार्यकर्त्यांनी राज्य शासनाविरोधात जोरदार घोषणाबाजी केली.

आमदार निलंबनाप्रकरणी भाजप कार्यकर्ते आक्रमक झालेले पाहायला मिळाले. राज्यात विविध ठिकाणी महाविकास आघाडी सरकारविरोधात निदर्शने करण्यात येत आहे. यावेळी भाजप कार्यकर्त्यांकडून महाविकास आघाडी सरकारच्या नेते, मंत्र्यांचे पूतळे जाळण्यात येत आहे. नाशिकमध्ये भाजप यूवा मोर्चाच्यावतीने पंचवटी कारंजा येथे आंदोलन करण्यात आले. यावेळी महाविकास आघाडी सरकारच्या प्रतीकात्मक पुतळ्याचे दहन करण्याचा प्रयत्न केला असता पोलिसांनी पतळा जप्त केला.

आंदोलनात भाजप शहराध्यक्ष गिरीश पालवे, सुनील केदार, मनिष बागुल, ऋषिकेश आहेर, निखिलेश गांगूर्ड, संदीप शिरोळे, सुमित नहार, प्रशांत वाघ, प्रवीण भाटे, राम डोबे, विकी पाटील, भूषण शहाणे, विनोद येवले, निलेश चौधरी, हर्षल वाघ, पवन गुरव, विजय बनछोडे आदींसह भाजयुमोचे पदाधिकारी उपस्थित होते. पंचवटी पोलिसांनी अंदोलकांना ताब्यात घेऊन त्यांच्या विरोधात गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात आला आहे.

नाशिक : सावित्रीबाई फूले पूणे विद्यापीठ पदवी आणि पदव्युत्तर अभ्यासक्रमाच्या प्रवेश परीक्षांसाठी अर्ज करण्याची मुदत वाढवली आहे. प्रवेश परीक्षांसाठी अर्ज करण्याची जुनी मुदत दि. ४ जूलैपर्यंत निश्चित करण्यात आली होती. त्यातबद्दल करत नव्या निर्णयानुसार प्रवेश परीक्षेसाठी अर्ज करण्याची मुदत दि. १० जुलै करण्यात आली आहे.अनेक विद्यार्थ्यांनी प्रवेश परीक्षेचे अर्ज केले नसल्याने मुदत वाढवण्याची मागणी विद्यार्थी संघटनांकडून केली जात होती. विद्यार्थी संघटनेची मागणी लक्षात घेता पुणे विद्यापीठाने मुदत वाढवून देण्याचा निर्णय घेतला आहे.

विद्यापीठ प्रशासनाने प्रवेश परीक्षांचा अर्ज भरण्यास मुदवाढ देताना ही अखेरची संधी असल्याचे स्पष्ट केल आहे. वाढवून दिलेल्या विहीत मुदतीत विद्यार्थ्यांनी प्रवेश परीक्षांचे अर्ज भरावेत, असे आवाहन करण्यात आले आहे. यापुढे अर्ज सादर करण्यास मुदत वाढवून दिली जाणार नाही, असही स्पष्ट करण्यात आले आहे.
