This is further to our intimation dated 10th June, 2021 and in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, please note that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, Le., 15th June, 2021, has considered and approved, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company, the following issue of convertible warrants on preferential basis in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V of SEBI (lCDR) Regulations, 2018, the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws:

• (a) 10,00,000 convertible warrants to Mr. Mark Saldanha (Promoter of the Company) at a price of INR 74.00 per warrant, being the price not less than the price determined in accordance with Chapter V of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018; and

• (b) 4,93,24,324 convertible warrants to OrbiMed Asia IV Mauritius FVCILimited at a price of INR 74.00 per warrant, being the price not less than the price determined in accordance with Chapter V ofSEBI (lCDR) Regulations, 2018.

• (b) Convening of an Extra-ordinary General Meeting on 9 th July, 2021 for obtaining shareholders' approval in respect of the above issue of convertible warrants.

The details as required under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIRJCFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 with respect to the proposed preferential issue are given in Annexure - A.
