Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”) and other regulations, if applicable, we hereby inform the exchanges that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, February 05, 2026 , inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025.
Kindly note that as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Internal Code on Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in Company’s shares has been closed for the Company’s Designated Persons (including Directors) and their immediate relatives from January 1, 2026 and will remain closed till Forty-Eight hours after the announcement of the Financial Results i.e. up to February 07, 2026 (both days inclusive).
Further, as per the Listing Regulations, this intimation of the Board Meeting would be available on the website of the Company i.e. www.marksanspharma.com, BSE Limited i.e. www.bseindia.com and National Stock Exchange of India Limited i.e. www.nseindia.com.
