Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”) and other regulations, if applicable, we hereby inform the exchanges that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at Mumbai, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company (both Standalone and Consolidated) along with Limited Review Report thereon for the Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2024.

Kindly note that as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Internal Code on Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in Company’s shares has been closed for the Company’s Designated Persons (including Directors) and their immediate relatives from October 01, 2024 and will remain closed till Forty-Eight hours after the announcement of the Financial Results i.e. up to November 14, 2024 (both days inclusive).
