Notice is hereby given that the 29" Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 09° September, 2020 at 11.00 a.m. IST will be held through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio-Visual Means ("OAVM"). Considering the Extra Ordinary circumstances caused by COVID-19 and in light of the social distancing norms the Ministry of Corporate Affairs has vide its Circular dated April 08, 2020, April 13, 2020 and May 5, 2020 has permitted to hold the AGM through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio-Visual Means ("OAVM") to transact the business set out in the Notice calling the AGM. Members participating through the VC / OAVM facility shall be reckoned for the purpose of quorum under Section 103 of the Companies Act, 2013.

Any person, who acquires shares of the Company and becomes a member of the Company after dispatch of the Notice of the AGM and holding shares as on the cut-off date i.e. Wednesday, 02" September, 2020, may obtain the login ID and password by sending a request at investor@bigshareonline.com. However, if a person is already registered with CDSL then existing user ID and password can be used for casting vote. The detailed procedure and instructions for casting vote through remote e-voting or e-voting during the AGM for all members, including members holding shares in physical form/whose email addresses are not registered with the (DP's/ Company/ RTA) are stated in the notice.

The Notice convening the AGM alongwith the Annual report for FY 2019-20 have been sent only through electronic mode on Tuesday, 18" August, 2020 to the member's whose email address are registered with the Depository Participants ("DP's")/Company/ Registrar & Share transfer Agent viz BigShare Services Private Limited ("RTA"). The notice and Annual Report are also available on the website of the company at www.lactoseindia.com and bseindia.com. additionally the notice is also available on the website of CDSL at www.evotingindia.com. All the documents referred in the notice are available for inspection electronically from the date of dispatch of the Notice till 09" September, 2020. इमारतीचा काही भाग शेजारील दोन दकानांवर कोसळून

एकाचा मृत्यू, तर १५ जण किरकोळ जखमी झाले.

वांद्रे पश्चिम भागात रिजवी महाविद्यालयाजवळ सोमवारी

रात्री उशिरा ही दुर्घटना घडली. या दुर्घटनेची माहिती

मिळताच बचाव पथक आणि अग्निशमन दलाच्या आठ

गाड्या घटनास्थळी दाखल झाल्या. बचाव पथकाचे

काम युद्धपातळीवर सुरु होते. या दुर्घटनेत १६ जण

जखमी झाले. त्यापैकी दोन जण ढिगाऱ्याखाली अडकले

होते. त्यांना बाहेर काढण्यात फायर ब्रिगेडला रात्रीच

यश आले. त्यापैकी लीलावती रुग्णालयात दाखल

करण्यात आलेल्या जखमीचा आज मृत्यू झाला,

तर भाभा रुग्णालयात दाखल असल्याने स्वतःहून

'डिस्चार्ज' घेतला. इमारत धोकादायक असल्याने

आधीच रिकामी करण्यात आली होती. पावसाळ्यात

इमारत कोसळण्याची मुंबईतील ही दूसरी घटना आहे.

नुकसान झालेल्याना आणि दुर्घटनाग्रस्त कुटुंबांना

शासनाने मदत करावी, अशी मागणी आमदार आशिष

शेलार यांनी ट्रिटद्वारे केली. त्यांनी रात्री या दूर्घटनेची

पाहणी केली

मुंबई महापालिकेच्या सर्व प्रभागात १०–२०

घेतला आहे.

'धारावी मॉडेल'चा पुन्हा परदेशात डंका

उपनगराप्रमाणे उपचार पद्धती राबविण्याचा फिलिपिन्सचा निर्णय

आहे. त्यामळे जागतिक आरोग्य संघटनेने 'धारावी मॉडेल'ची स्तूती केली केली. त्यानंतर 'वॉशिंग्टन पोस्ट'नेही मुंबई महापालिकेच्या धारावीमधील कौतूकास्पद कामगिरीची दखल घेतली. आता मनिलात 'धारावी पॅटर्न' राबविण्याचा निर्णय फिलिपिन्स सरकारने घेतला आहे

आशिया खंडातील सर्वात मोठी दाटीवाटीची झोपडपट्टी म्हणून धारावीची ओळख आहे. याच धारावीत कोरोनाचा शिरकाव झाल्यानंतर मुंबई महापालिकेपूढे आव्हान उभे राहिले होते. मुंबई महापालिकेची झोप उडाली होती. ही वस्ती दाटीवाटीची असल्याने 'क्लोज कॉन्टॅक्ट'मुळे संसर्ग पसरल्यास आवाक्याबाहेरील जाईल, अशी भीती पालिका प्रशासनाला होती. मात्र योग्य

उपचार, घरोघरी तपासणी, संपर्कातील व्यक्तीचा त्वरीत शोध घेऊन 'क्वारंटाईन', 'कंटेनमेंट झोन' जाहीर करून कठोर अंमलबजावणी, प्रभावी उपचार व विविध ॲक्टिव्हिटीज आदींमूळे कोरोनाचा हॉटस्पॉट ठरलेल्या धारावीतील परिस्थिती नियंत्रणात आणण्यात मुंबई पालिकेला यश आले. त्यामुळे कोरोनावरील उपचारपद्धतीसाठी धारावी आता जागतिक स्तरावर अनुकरणीय ठरली आहे. मुंबई महापालिकेच्या उपचारपद्धतीचे हे यश आहे.

मनिलामध्ये धारावीसारख्या अनेक झोपडपट्ट्या दाटीवाटीने वसलेल्या आहेत. या झोपडपट्ट्यांमध्ये कोरोनाने शिरकाव केला असून कोरोनाचा संसर्ग रोखणे फिलिपिन्स सरकारच्या

आवाक्याबाहेर गेल्याची स्थिती निर्माण झाली आहे. त्यामुळे तेथील कोरोना संसर्ग रोखण्यासाठी फिलिपिन्स सरकारने मुंबई महापालिकेशी संपर्क साधन 'धारावी पॅटर्न'ची माहिती घेतली आहे. मुंबई महापालिकेचे आयुक्त इकबालसिंह चहल यांनी याबाबतची माहिती दिली. कोरोना रोखण्यासाठी 'चेस द व्हायरस' हे आमचे मुख्य उद्दिष्ट राहिले आहे. योग्य वेळी कोरोनाचा संसर्ग रोखण्यासाठी 'चेस द व्हायरस'चा प्रभावीपणे उपयोग झाला आहे. हीच पॉलिसी फिलिपिन्स सरकारलाही लागू करायची आहे, असे आयुक्त इकबालसिंह चहल यांनी सांगितले. यापूर्वी मुंबई जगाचे मार्गदर्शन घेत होती, आता जगाला मुंबई मार्गदर्शक ठरत आहे, असेही चहल म्हणाले

आणि सर्वसामान्यांना मदत करण्यासाठी पुन्हा सज्ज झालो आहे,' असे म्हणत किरीट सोमय्या यांनी कोरोनामुक्त झाल्याची माहिती दिली आहे. गणेशमूर्ती चार दिवस आधीच आणा!

■ मुंबई महापालिकेचे गणेशभक्तांना आवाहन ■ गर्दी टाळण्यासाठी पाळण्यासाठी उपाययोजना

कोरोनाचा संसर्ग टाळण्यासाठी खबरदारीचा उपाय म्हणून गणेशमूर्ती चार दिवस आधीच कार्यशाळेतून घरी आणाव्यात, असे आवाहन मुंबई महापालिकेतर्फे करण्यात आले आहे. २२ ऑगस्ट रोजी गणेशमूर्तीची प्रतिष्ठापना होत आहे.

मुंबईत रुग्णवाढीचा वेग कमी होत असला तरी महापालिकेच्या चार विभागांत हा वेग अधिक आहे. हा संसर्ग इतर भागांतही होऊ शकतो. गणेशोत्सव हा आनंदाचा आणि मोठ्या गर्दीचा सण असल्यामुळे यावर्षी मुंबईत मिरवणूक आणि विसर्जनाच्या ठिकाणी आरती करण्यास बंदी राहणार असल्याचे पालिकेने आधीच स्पष्ट केले आहे. त्यात कोरोनाचा धोका लक्षात घेता यावर्षी बाप्पाची प्रतिष्ठापना चार दिवस आधीच करा आणि गर्दी टाळा, असे आवाहन पालिका आयुक्त इकबालसिंह चहल यांनी गणेशभक्तांना केले लोकप्रतिनिधींच्या माध्यमातूनही आवाहन करण्यात येणार आहे.

शनिवार, दि. २२ ऑगस्टला बाप्पाचे आगमन होणार आहे. घरगुती गणपतीचे आगमन दरवर्षी

मुंबई, दि. १८ (प्रतिनिधी): प्रतिष्ठापना आदल्या दिवशी अथवा त्याच दिवशी मोठ्या प्रमाणावर केली जाते. परंतु, यावर्षी कोरोनाचे संकट ओढावले आहे. त्यामूळे रस्त्यांवरील गर्दी टाळणे बंधनकारक आहे. त्यामुळे गणेशमूर्तीचे आगमन गणेशचतूर्थीच्या तीन ते चार दिवस आधीच करावे, असे आवाहन आयुक्तांनी गणेशभक्तांना केले आहे.

'मुंबई शहरात ७० नैसर्गिक विसर्जन स्थळे ,१६७ कृत्रिम तलाव तयार करण्यात आले आहेत. 'कंटेनमेंट झोन'मध्ये सोसायटीच्या आवारात तात्पूरती विसर्जन स्थळे तयार करण्याची परवानगी आधीच देण्यात आली आहे. कोरोनाचा धोका लक्षात घेता विसर्जन स्थळी गर्दी टाळण्याचे आवाहन करण्यात आले आहे. तसेच ज्यांच्या भागात कृत्रिम तलाव उपलब्ध असतील त्या एक ते दोन किलोमीटर परिसरातील लोकांनी कत्रिम तलावात बाप्पाचे विसर्जन करावे, तर नैसर्गिक विसर्जनस्थळी आहे. तसेच विभाग कार्यालये व गणेशमूर्ती संकलनाची व्यवस्था करण्यात आली असून महापालिकेचे कर्मचारी विसर्जन करणार आहेत. नैसर्गिक विसर्जन स्थळी गणेशमूर्ती विसर्जन करण्यास बंदी घातली आहे.

मुंबई, दि. १८ (प्रतिनिधी): मुंबई महापालिकेत तब्बल पाच महिन्यानंतर २० ऑगस्ट रोजी पालिका सभागृहाची बैठक आयोजित करण्यात आली आहे. मात्र, ही बैठक व्हिडिओ कॉन्फरन्सिंगद्वारे होणार असून पालिकेचा सन २०२०-२१ चा अर्थसंकल्प या बैठकीत मंजूरीसाठी मांडण्यात येणार आहे. व्हिडिओ कॉन्फरन्सिंगला आधी कडाडून विरोध करणाऱ्या नगरसेवकांनीही आता या बैठकीला तयारी दर्शवली आहे.

पालिका सभागृहाची

५ महिन्यांनी बैठक

कोरोनाच्या संकटामुळे मार्चपासून पालिका सभागृहाची बैठक होऊ शकलेली नाही. शेवटची बैठक १७ मार्च रोजी झाली होती. कोरोनाचा संसर्ग वाढत गेल्याने प्रशासनाने बैठक आयोजित करण्यास नकार दिला होता. पालिकेने बैठकांच्या तारखा जाहीर केल्या, मात्र त्या अचानक रद्द करण्यात आल्या. पालिकेचा अर्थसंकल्प दरवर्षी मार्च अखेरपर्यंत मंजूर केला जातो. सभागृहाच्या शेवटच्या झालेल्या बैठकीत गटनेत्यांची अर्थसंकल्पावर भाषणे झाली. मात्र कोरोना वाढत गेल्याने पुढील बैठका झाल्या नाही. त्यामुळे अर्थसंकल्पालाही मंजुरीविना राहिला होता.

अर्थसंकल्पाला मंजूरी न मिळाल्याने पालिकेचे आर्थिक गाडे रुतले आहे. तसेच नगरसेवकांना नगरसेवक निधी, विकास निधी तसेच महापौरांकडून विकासकामांसाठी सर्व राजकीय पक्षांना मिळणारा कोट्यवधी रुपयांचा निधी मिळू शकलेला नाही. परिणामी विभागातील नागरी सुविधांची कामे खोळंबली आहेत. दरवर्षी एप्रिलपासून हे तिन्ही निधी नगरसेवकांना वापरता येतात. मात्र कोरोनाच्या संकटामुळे तब्बल सहा महिने वाया गेले आहेत.

कोरोनामुळे राज्य सरकारने सर्व महापालिकांना व्हिडिओ कॉन्फरन्सिंगद्वारे बैठका घेण्याचे निर्देश दिले आहेत. पालिकेत गेल्या पाच महिन्यांत वृक्ष प्राधिकरणाची बैठक वगळता इतर बैठका झालेल्या नाहीत. सामाजिक अंतराचा नियम पाळून सभागृह व स्थायी समितीची बैठक आयोजित करण्याची मागणी राजकीय पक्ष करत आहेत. प्रशासन त्यास नकार देत आहे. त्यावरून सर्व राजकीय पक्ष आणि प्रशासनात वाद पेटला आहे. मात्र, अधिक काळ हा वाद सुरू राहिल्यास सभागृहाची बैठक होणार नाही. परिणामी अर्थसंकल्पही मंजुरीविना रखडेल. त्यामूळे नगरसेवक निधी अभावी आपलेच नुकसान होणार असल्याची जाणीव सर्व पक्षांना झाली आहे. त्यामूळे बैठकीसाठी राजकीय पक्ष तयार झाल्याचे सांगण्यात येत आहे.
