Marks and Spencer Group plc ("Marks & Spencer") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 25 pence each on the London Stock Exchange from Citigroup Global Markets Limited. Such purchase was effected pursuant to irrevocable instructions issued by Marks & Spencer on 4 December 2015, as announced on 4 December 2015:
