CONFIRMATION OF CFO APPOINTMENT DATE

Further to the announcement of Alison Dolan's appointment as Chief Financial Officer made on 29 May 2024, Marks and Spencer Group plc today confirms Alison will join the Board as CFO with effect from 6 January 2025.

This notification is made in accordance with rule 6.4.7 of the UK Listing Rules.
