Director/PDMR Shareholding
Marks and Spencer Group plc (the 'Company') announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's Ordinary 1p shares undertaken by directors / persons discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMRs') and a person closely associated with a PDMR.
On 29 February 2024, the following directors / PDMRs exercised options over the Company's ordinary shares ('shares') at an exercise price of 82p per share under the terms of the Marks and Spencer Group plc Sharesave scheme. The options were granted on 4 December 2020, as previously announced by the Company.
