Marks and Spencer Group PLC: DIRECTOR CHANGES

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Marks and Spencer Group plc hereby notifies that Vindi Banga has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of GSK and will join its Board on 1 September 2015. Vindi will become Senior Independent Director of GSK from 5 May 2016.
