Marks and Spencer Group PLC: DIRECTOR CHANGES

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Marks and Spencer Group plc hereby notifies that Marc Bolland has today resigned from the ManpowerGroup Inc Board of Directors, having served as a Director on that Board since July 2004. Marc will step down from the ManpowerGroup Board in February 2015.

Marks and Spencer Group plc also notifies that Marc Bolland has today been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of The Coca-Cola Company and will join its Board on February 18, 2015.
