Further to the announcement made on 21 December 2012 that Jeremy Darroch will step down from the Board, Marks and Spencer Group plc announces that Jeremy will leave the Board on 19 June 2013.  Andy Halford will succeed Jeremy as Chairman of the Audit Committee from that date.
