Subject: Clarification regarding Share Exchange Ratio mentioned in Outcome of Board Meeting dated 6th March 2026

Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to the Outcome of the Board Meeting dated 6th March 2026 submitted by the Company under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, in relation to approval of Scheme of Amalgamation of Markolines Infra Limited with Markolines Pavement Technologies Limited , we wish to submit the following clarification:

Due to an inadvertent clerical error while preparing and filing the Outcome, the Share Exchange Ratio mentioned in the disclosure was stated as:

1:1.15 i.e. for every one existing equity share of Markolines Infra Limited, shareholder will receive 1.15 equity shares of Markolines Pavement Technologies Limited.

However, the correct Share Exchange Ratio approved by the Board in its meeting held on 6th March 2026 and as per the latest valuation report is:

1:1.05 i.e. for every one existing equity share of Markolines Infra Limited, shareholder will receive 1.05 equity shares of Markolines Pavement Technologies Limited.

The ratio of 1:1.15 pertained to the earlier Scheme which was filed previously and the same was mistakenly reproduced in the Outcome filed with the Stock Exchanges.

We request you to kindly take the corrected Share Exchange Ratio on record and treat this letter as clarification / rectification to the Outcome of Board Meeting dated 6th March 2026.
