Pursuant to the Securities Markets Act, Chapter 2, Paragraph 10, Marimekko
Corporation (Business Identity Code 0111316-2) announces that it has been
informed that the combined share of Marimekko Corporation's share capital and
voting rights held by funds managed by ODIN Forvaltning AS has fallen below
5.00% as a result of transaction concluded today.

Marimekko Corporation´s share capital is EUR 8,089,610 consisting of 8,089,610
shares. Each share entitles to one vote.
