DISCLOSURE OF CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP OF MARIMEKKO CORPORATION PURSUANT TO THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT, CHAPTER 2, PARAGRAPH 10

Pursuant to the Securities Markets Act, Chapter 2, Paragraph 10, Marimekko Corporation (Business Identity Code 0111316-2) announces that it has been informed that Morgan Stanley & Co Incorporated´s share of Marimekko Corporation´s share capital and voting rights has decreased below 1/20, i.e. to 0.90% as a result of transaction concluded on 9 April 2008.

According to the disclosure, Morgan Stanley & Co Incorporated´s share of Marimekko Corporation´s share capital and voting rights after the transaction is the following:
