This is to inform you that the Securities Issue Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide a resolution passed by circulation on July 21, 2020, has issued and allotted 5,690 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 each of the Company under Scheme IV of ESOP 2016 to the eligible grantees under the said Plan, pursuant to exercise of stock options granted thereunder.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased as under:
