Sub: Update on acquisition pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Please refer to our letter dated September 6, 2024 informing that Marico Limited (“ Company ”) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the balance 40% of equity capital in Apcos Naturals Private Limited, an entity that owns the brand “Just Herbs” (“ Apcos Naturals ”).

Further to the above, we wish to inform you that the transaction has been completed today as per the closing conditions and terms of the definitive agreement between the parties.
