Sub: Update on acquisition pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

Please refer to our letter dated September 11, 2025 informing that Marico Limited (“ Company ”) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the balance 46.02% of equity capital of HW Wellness Solutions Private Limited (“True Elements”), thereby increasing the Company’s aggregate equity stake from 53.98% to 100%.

October 17, 2025, and consequently True Elements has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
