Dear Sir/Madam,

– Sub: Resignation of Independent Directors Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”)

This is to inform you that Mr. K.B.S. Anand and Mr. Sanjay Dube, have resigned as Independent Directors of the Company, both with effect from July 30, 2021, for the reasons mentioned below and the same have been noted by the Board of Directors of the Company today at its meeting. Mr. Anand & Mr. Dube have also confirmed that there are no material reasons for their resignations, other than those mentioned below.

Consequently, Mr. Anand & Mr. Dube also cease to be a Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee & Audit Committee of the Board, respectively, effective July 30, 2021.

The resignation letters received from both Directors are enclosed. The details as required under the SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/ CMD/4/2015 dated 9[th] September, 2015, are provided below:
