Brief Profile of Mr. Vinay M A

Mr. Vinay M A is a fellow member of the Institute of the Company Secretaries of India, with over 13 years of diversified experience in the field of corporate and general commercial laws. During this period, he has handled corporate governance matters, complex secretarial and legal transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and advised stakeholders with focus on compliance and integrity. He was previously associated with Wipro Limited for over 5.5 years and has worked with Landmark Group and Subex Limited in the past.

Mr. Vinay M A is also a qualified lawyer and holds a master’s degree in Business Laws.
