In continuation of our communication dated August 1, 2019 about the re-appointment of Mr.Rajeev Bakshi as an Independent Director of the Company, we wish to inform you that the term of office of Mr. Rajeev Bakshi as an Independent Director came to an end on March 31, 2020 and consequently he ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from close of business hours on March 31, 2020.
