Bengaluru: The Bengaluru civic agency has permitted only three-day Ganapati celebrations in the city in public places from September 10 against the Karnataka government's order allowing five days of festivities from that date in districts where the test positivity rate is less than 2%, to keep Covid-19 infections in check.

अफगाणिस्तानसोबत काम करण्याचा अनुभव हा चांगला होता. त्या संघातील अनेक खेळाडूंना चांगले हिंदी बोलता येत होते. हा देश नेहमी युद्धाच्या सावटाखाली राहिला आहे. मात्र, अफगाण खेळाडू हे कठोर परिश्रम घ्यायचे. त्यामुळे

त्यांच्यासोबत प्रशिक्षक म्हणून काम करताना आनंद यायचा. संघ म्हणून आम्हाला चांगले यशदेखील मिळाले आणि खेळाडूंनी कामगिरीत सातत्य राखल्याने संघाला कसोटी दर्जादेखील मिळाला

■ अफगाणिस्तान संघाची सध्याच्या कामगिरी कशी आहे? पूर्वी अफगाणिस्तान खेळाडूंना

म्हणावे तसे प्रोत्साहन मिळायचे नाही. त्यांना क्रिकेट खेळण्यासाठी अनेक अडचणींचा सामना करावा लागला. या सर्व अडचणीतून बाहेर पडत त्यांनी क्रिकेटला आपलेसे केले आणि संघातील खेळाडूंनी जागतिक स्तरावर ओळख निर्माण केली. संघाला कसोटी दर्जा मिळाल्यानंतर देशात क्रिकेटच्या बाबतीत अनेक

१०१३ (कायदा) मधील आवश्यक त्या तरतदी, सिक्युरिटी अँड एक्स्चेज बोर्ड ऑफ इंडिया ( लिस्टिंग ऑब्लिगेशन अँड डिस्क्लोजर रिक्कायरमेंट) रेम्युलेशन २०१५ ( लिस्टिंग रेम्युलेशन) आणि उपनिर्देशित केलेली परिपत्रके यांच्य अनसार कंपनीची वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभा (एजीएम )व्हिडीओ कॉन्फरन्सिंग(व्हीसी) / अन्य मान्यताप्र हकश्चाव्य माध्यमे(ओएव्हीएम)यांच्या माध्यमातन घेण्यात येणार आहे. समभागधारक या सभेत केवळ व्हिडीअ कॉन्फरन्सिंग(व्हीसी) / अन्य मान्यताप्राप्त दृकश्राव्य माध्यमे(ओएव्हीएम)यांच्या माध्यमातून (जी कंपनीकडू नएसडीएल यांच्याकडून देण्यात येत आहे) उपस्थित राहून सहभाग घेऊ शकतात. ज्याचा तपशील कंपनीकडून वार्षि पर्वसाधारण सभेच्या सचनेत विस्ताराने देण्यात आला आहे. ज्या सभासदांचे ईमेल तपशील कंपनीकडे/ डिपॉझिट ार्टीसिपंटस यांच्याकडे नोंदणीकृत आहेत अशा सभासदांना वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभेची सचना आणि वित्तीय व २०२०-२१ करिताचा वार्षिक अंडवाल इलेक्ट्रॉनिक माध्यमातून डपनिर्देशित केलेली परिपत्रके यांच्या अनुसार तसे गरिपत्रक दिनांकीत १२ मे २०२० जे सिक्युरिटी अँड एक्स्चेज बोर्ड ऑफ इंडिया (सेबी)यांनी जारी केले आहे त्यानुसार, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक माध्यमातून दिनांक ०६ सप्टेंबर २०२१ रोजी पाठविण्यात आला आहे. वार्षिक सर्वसाधा भेची सूचनाआणिवार्षिक अहवाल कंपनीचे संकेतस्थळ www.margofinance.com येथे तसेच बीएस यांचे संकेत www.bseindia.com प्रमाणे नॅशनल सिक्युरिटीज डिपॉझिटरी लिमिटेड (एनएसडीएल) यांचे संकेतस्थळ www.evoting.nsdl.com येथे उपलब्ध करून देण्यात आला आहे.कंपनी कायदा २०१ कलम १०८ मधील तरतदींना अनसरून तसेच त्यासह वाचा त्याअंतर्गत बनविण्यात आलेले नियम आणि कंपनी ..................................... यांना अनुसरून वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभेच्या सूचनेत नमूद केलेल्या विषयांवर सर्व सभासदांना दूरस्थ ई-मतदा सुविधा तसेच वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभेच्या ठिकाणी ई-मतदान या सुविधांचा वापर करून ( यापुढे एकत्रित उल्लेख .

नतदान करता येणार नाही. जर एखाद्या सभासदाने वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभेच्या सूचनेत नमूद केलेल्या विषयावर दर ई मतदान सविधा वापरून एकदा मतदान केलेले असेल तर त्याला / तिला त्यात बदल करता येणार नाही.दरस्थ मतदान सुविधा वापरून मतदान करण्यासाठी तसेच वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभेत ई मतदान सुविधा वापरून मेतदा रुण्यासाठी सभासदांची पात्रता निर्धारित करण्यासाठी कंपनीने मंगळवार दिनांक २१ सप्टेंबर २०२१ ही तारीख क .

नोंद असेल. केवळ असे सभासद दुरस्थ ई-मतदान आणि वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभेतील ई-मतदान प्रक्रियेत सहभाग वेण्यास पात्र असतील. सभासदांचे "मताधिकार हे कट ऑफ तारीख म्हणजेच मंगळवार दिनांक २१ सप्टेंबर २०२ रोजी कंपनीच्या एकूण पेड अप भाग भांडवलात समभागधारकांच्या भांडवलाच्या प्रमाणावर अवलंबून असतील दूरस्थ ई- मतदान्,प्रक्तियेचा संपूर्ण तपशील वार्षिक सर्वसाधारण सभेच्या सूचनेत विस्ताराने देण्यात आला आहे .
