Sub: Intimation of (1/2026-27) Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company

Dear Sir/Madam,

We wish to inform you that pursuant to the Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 @ 4:30 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company inter-alia to transact the following business;

1. To Increase Authorised Share Capital of the Company, subject to necessary approvals;
2. Any other Business with the permission of chair and majority of directors.

Further in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is already closed, for all Designated Persons of the Company, from 01.04.2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours from the conclusion of Board Meeting for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended on March 31, 2026.
