ANNOUNCEMENT

Following its announcement dated 10/07/2025, "MIG HOLDINGS S.A." (MIG) announces that, upon fulfillment of cadastral and legal conditions, the sale and transfer of the Poslovni Center property in Belgrade's commercial center by its subsidiary "ROBNE KUĆE BEOGRAD DOO" (RKB) has been completed for a consideration of €21 million, including a €2.1 million advance payment. Taking into account the fair value of the property and the transaction costs, the sale resulted in a net profit of approximately €2.6 million. From the net proceeds of the transaction, the amount of €15 million was used to repay RKB's bank debt, while the remaining €5.7 million reduced the existing receivable that MIG holds towards RKB.
