JBT Marel Corporation: James L. Marvin stepping down as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer

On March 25, 2025, James L. Marvin, the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of JBT Marel Corporation (the "Company"), announced his intention to retire on May 31, 2025. The Company has commenced a process to select Mr. Marvin's replacement, which is expected to be complete by the end of the second quarter of this year.
