Board changes

Marechale Capital is pleased to announce that Jeremy Stephenson will join the Board as an executive director with effect from 9 February 2016.  Jeremy is an experienced corporate broker and joins the Company from Cantor Fitzgerald Europe where he has been Managing Director, Metals & Mining.  Prior to joining Cantor Fitzgerald in 2013, he worked at Seymour Pierce and Noble & Company.

Also with effect from the same date, Jon Pither, a non-executive director of the Company, will be stepping down from the Board after 11 years.  The Directors thank him for his valuable contribution to the business over the years and he will remain involved with the Company as Life President.
