MARE GROUP: MARE GROUP EXCEEDS 30% OF ELES SHARE CAPITAL

Mare Group S.p.A. (ticker MARE.MI), an engineering company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in Italy and abroad in driving innovation through enabling technologies ("Mare Group" or the "Group"), following purchases on the market of shares of Eles Semiconductor Equipment S.p.A. ("Eles"), announces that it has exceeded, together with Massimiliano Bellucci – with whom it entered into a shareholders' agreement on October 3, 2025, as already disclosed to the market and to Eles – the threshold of 30% of Eles' share capital. The related notification of the threshold crossing has already been submitted to Eles in accordance with applicable regulations.
As of the date of this announcement, the shareholdings are as follows:
