MARE GROUP ACQUIRES 10.3% OF DBA GROUP S.p.A.

Mare Group S.p.A. (ticker MARE.MI), a digital engineering company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in Italy and abroad in innovation through enabling technologies ("Mare Group", the "Company" or the "Group"), announces that it has exceeded the 10% threshold and now holds a significant equity interest in DBA Group S.p.A. (ticker DBA.MI), also listed on Euronext Growth Milan and operating in the Engineering, Infrastructure, and ICT sectors.
Specifically, the stake consists of 1,185,000 shares, equal to 10.29% of DBA Group's share capital, acquired through a total investment of approximately 4.5 million euros.
