MARE GROUP: COMPLETION OF SUBSCRIPTION OF NEW SHARES
Salerno, July 3, 2025
Mare Engineering Group S.p.A., an engineering company listed on Euronext Growth Milan (ticker MARE.MI) and active in Italy and abroad in innovation through enabling technologies ("Mare Group" or the "Offeror"), following the press release issued on 20 December concerning the second optional tranche of the capital increase approved on 18 December 2024, announces the completion of the subscription of an additional 34,067 shares for a total amount of Euro 153,301.50, in execution of the binding commitment undertaken by the investor, thereby fully completing said capital increase.
