The outcome of Board meeting is as under:
- In accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations, 2015"), we wish to inform your good office that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e, April 13,2026 has, inter alia, considered and approved the allotment of 39,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of INR 10/- each pursuant to conversion of 39,00,000 Fully Convertible Equity Warrants (Warrants").
39,00,000 Fully Convertible Equity Warrants ("Warrants") were allotted to Mr. Gavali Hitendrabhai Bayajebhai on February 06, 2026 at an issue price of INR 13.50/- (Rupees Thirteen and Fifty Paise only) per Warrant, on a preferential basis, to persons belonging to the Non-Promoter category, as detailed below.
