SUB: ALLOTMENT OF EQUITY SHARES UNDER ESOP BY MARATHON NEXTGEN REALTY LIMITED (“Company”)

Pursuant to Regulation 30(4) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, in continuation to our intimation dated September 30, 2020 and March 19, 2022, We are pleased to inform that the Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 1,95,515 equity shares of Rs. 5 – each of the Company on May 20, 2022, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP-2020 Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Company will accordingly be increased from Rs. 23,00,00,000(4,60,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each) to Rs. 23,09,77,575 /- (4,61,95,515 equity shares of Rs.5/- each).

Details as per Regulation 10(c) of SEBI(Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 are provided under annexure I.
