We deeply regret to inform you about the sudden and sad demise of Shri. Sundaram Ramamurthi (DIN: 00135602), Whole Time Director and CFO of the Company, on Tuesday, November 28, 2023.

Shri. Sundaram Ramamurthi was Whole Time Director and CFO of the Company and played crucial leadership role throughout his long term association at the Company/Marathon Group. He was initially appointed on the Board of the Company on May 1, 2008 and the Company immensely benefitted from his strategies, vision and leadership during his long tenure with the Group.

Shri. Sundaram Ramamurthi’s sudden and unexpected passing away will be an irreparable loss to the Company/Group, all the Directors and employees of the Company.
