We wish to inform that, consequent to addition of two Independent Directors on the Board effective from February 13, 2020, the Board has decided to broad base the composition of Audit Committee of the Board by inducting one more Ind.Director to the Committee.

Mr. Atul Mehta ,an Ind.Director was requested to be a member of the Committee and having consented for this inclusion, the Board at their Meeting held on June 29, 2020 ,reconstituted the Audit Committee of the Company as under effective from June 29,2020.
