MAPS: NOTICE OF FILING AND PUBLICATION OF LISTS FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS
Parma, 22 April 2022
MAPS (MAPS:IM; IT0005364333), Innovative SME listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the digital transformation sector, announces that, today, the shareholders: Marco Ciscato, Maurizio Pontremoli, Domenico Miglietta, Paolo Ciscato, Gian Luca Cattani and Giorgio Ciscato - owners of 6,373,588 ordinary shares of Maps S.p.A., equal to 55.78% of the share capital - jointly filed at the Company's offices, located in Parma, via Paradigna 38/a:
- a list of candidates for appointment of the Board of Directors;
- a list of candidates for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors
each accompanied by the relevant documentation.
It should be underlined that, upon presentation of the lists, the Shareholders also submitted proposals for resolutions concerning the composition and the remuneration of corporate bodies.
The above-mentioned lists are available to the public at the registered office of the Company in Parma, via Paradigna 38/a, and on the website at the address www.mapsgroup.it in the section "Investor Relation/Shareholders' Meeting/Ordinary Meeting - 28 April 2022".

The company is characterised by high levels of recurring revenues: recurring fee revenues represent 28% of consolidated operating revenues in 2020. The Group's organic growth has been accompanied by a significant M&A activity, with the acquisition of IG Consulting (2011), Artexe (2018), Roialty (2019), SCS Computers (2020) and IASI (2021).
