Subject: Information on the withdrawal from adopting a resolution by theExtraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

Legal basis: Article 56(1)(2) of the Act on Offering - current andperiodic information

ManyDev Studio SE with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company"),with reference to Current Report No. 21/2025 dated October 23, 2025 andCurrent Report No. 22/2025 dated November 21, 2025, hereby announcesthat on December 19, 2025, the Extraordinary General Meeting ofShareholders of the Company, due to the lack of candidates for a memberof the Supervisory Board of the Company, refrained from adopting aresolution on this subject. Due to the exhaustion of the agenda, theExtraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company was closedon December 19, 2025.

§ 20 section 1 point 7 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state.
