Subject: Schedule of publication of periodic reports in 2024.

Legal basis: Article 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering -current and periodic information

The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE with its registered office inWarsaw (hereinafter: _quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;), hereby announces the dates ofpublication of periodic reports in 2024.

The Issuer will publish the annual report for 2023 on April 16th, 2024(Tuesday).

Quarterly reports will be published by the Company in 2024 on thefollowing dates:

Standalone report for the first quarter of 2024 on May 16th, 2024(Thursday).

Standalone report for the third quarter of 2024 on November 14th, 2024(Thursday).

The semi-annual report for the first half of 2024 will be published bythe Company on September 16th, 2024 (Monday).

The Issuer informs that pursuant to § 79 sec. 2 of the Regulation of theMinister of Finance on current and periodic information, it will notpublish a quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2023 and for thesecond quarter of 2024.

At the same time, the Management Board of the Company informs that anychanges to the dates of submission of periodic reports will be announcedin the form of a current report.
