Subject: Submission of a candidate for a Member of the Supervisory Boardof ManyDev Studio SE

Legal basis: Art. 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering -current and periodic information

Management Board of ManyDev Studio S.E. with its registered office inWarsaw (_quot;Company_quot;), hereby informs that on March 19th, 2024, inconnection with the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Companyconvened for March 27th, 2024 (about which the Company informed in thecurrent report No. 9/2024, dated February 23th, 2024), the agenda ofwhich included the adoption of a resolution on the appointment of a newmember of the Supervisory Board of the Company (item 7 of the agenda),the Company received a notification from the shareholder Bartosz Graś,containing the candidacy of Mr Sebastian Krzysztof Bryła for a member ofthe Company's Supervisory Board.

Professional CV containing a description of the above-mentionedcandidate's education, qualifications and previously held positions,together with a description of the professional career, is attached tothis report.

The candidate in question agreed to be a candidate for the SupervisoryBoard of the Company and informed that he meets the independencecriteria set out in Art. 129 sec. 3 of the Act of May 11, 2017 onStatutory Auditors, Audit Firms and Public Oversight, and moreover, heis not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to theAct of August 20, 1997 on the National Court Register and, according tothe statement, he does not conduct any activity competitive to ManyDevStudio S.E., in a civil law partnership or partnership, or as a memberof a body of a capital company or in another competitive legal person asa member of its body.
