Subject: Receipt of information on notice of seizure of receivables frombank account and savings deposit

With reference to current reports No. 10/2022, 18/2022, 21/2022, 2/2023and 4/2023, the Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (the _quot;Company_quot;),hereby informs that today, May 5, 2023, it became aware of the receipton May 4, 2023, by Bank Pekao S.A. of a notice of seizure of receivablesfrom a bank account and savings deposit (ref. SEE.7111.73009602.2023.1.HG) (the _quot;Notice_quot;), in which the Head of the First TaxOffice Warsaw-Śródmieście summoned the aforementioned bank not to makewithdrawals from the Company's bank account without the consent of theenforcement authority. The Notice stipulated the obligation toimmediately transfer, after 7 days from the date of delivery of theNotice, the seized amount to the enforcement authority to cover theenforced receivables covered by the enforcement titles issued by thecreditor, i.e. the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, with thetotal amount of receivables claimed by the creditor being PLN2,769,543.78 (in words: two million seven hundred sixty-nine thousandfive hundred forty-three zlotys seventy-eight groszy). The above amountconsists of the liability for penalties imposed by the FinancialSupervisory Commission and the resulting interest.
